Dr. Mary Cablk is an Associate Research Professor in the Division of Earth and Ecosystem Sciences at the Desert Research Institute. She has two roles within the Nexus project: (1) External Engagement Co-Lead (with Dr. Markus Berli) and (2) research scientist. Dr. Cablk translates and coordinates the scientific accomplishments of her colleagues conducting research and development as part of Nexus to federal, state and other agency stakeholders. Her research interests focus on quantifying the impacts of solar facilities on the desert landscape across scale.
